FAQs

What does PortalView map exactly? If I sign up for PortalView, which assets inside my community will be mapped?

When you sign up for PortalView, our mapping experts will work with you to map the locations of your main irrigation components (water meters and irrigation controllers). Our mapping experts will also work with you to map all of your community’s common areas, which typically includes all the turf areas, all the non-turf areas and any natural areas you may have. There is an initial set up fee to complete this basic mapping. The cost depends on various factors like size of your community and whether or not all or some of your assets have already been mapped. The basic mapping is of your community’s irrigation (water meters and controllers) and common areas. More detailed mapping requires extra services.
